Deep crimson with intense blackcurrants and violets on the nose. Currants and mulberry fruit flavours and an attractive oak spice on the palate lead to a lingering juicy fruit finish. Goes well with steak or brisket.

Marius Reserva, Almansa, Spain 2020, 2021 (14% Vol)

50% Monastrell, 25% Garnacha Tintorera, 25% Tempranillo. Intense and seductive aromas of damsons, plums, cassis and vanilla on the nose. Rich and velvety on the palate with berry fruits, black pepper and cassis. With fine tannins and long plummy finish, this wine is drinking well now but could be laid down to age.
