''The Terrasse du Diable cuvée takes its name from the highest plot of the estate, named as such in the land registry, certainly due to the difficulty encountered in accessing it. The cuvée is made from the production of all the high-altitude plots, all scattered in the middle of the 110 hectares of woods that are an integral part of the estate and its characteristics. They are located between 250 and 400 m above sea level and Grenache is of course the main grape variety, representing 90% of the blend, accompanied by 5% Mourvèdre and 5% Clairette.'' Les Pallieres
